Objectives
- To redress the students/faculties grievance in a best possible manner.
- To motivate the students/faculties to express their problems without any fear.
- To sensitize the students/faculties to respect their peers, teachers and every individual and resolve any issue with patient and wisdom.
- To ask staff to be affectionate and unbiased towards students and understandable towards students’ issue.
- To aware students about anti ragging and anti harassment zero tolerance policy that ragging and any kind of harassment is prohibited in the campus and if any student is found to be indulged in these activities, strict action will be taken against him/her.
Composition of Grievance Redressal Committee

Mechanism of Grievance Redressal
The institution has an effective Grievance Mechanism System with the objective to provide students hassle less environment and resolve their grievances with an immediate effect. The Grievance Redressal Committee look after following matters-

- Grievance related to infrastructure
- Ragging
- Sexual harassment
- Hostel girls and boys both
- Any other grievances not categorized above

- The student who have grievance can directly approach to the grievance committee with written application or through lost complaint online or may use suggestion box.
- After receiving the grievance specified to particular committee the grievance committee forwarded that appeal to that specific committee.
- The grievances of the students will be resolved within 7 days or it depends on the severity of the case in that condition in the immediate action will be taken.
- The grievances which involves finance related matter will be resolved after getting permission from the management.
